Bostik Seal N Flex FC

Bostik Seal N Flex FC is a high performance fast cure one component polyurethane sealant. When cured it will form a tough, flexible seal and bond capable of cyclic, expansion and compression movement. Joints or fabrications formed with this sealant can be expected to extend and compress a total of 50% (± 25%) of original joint dimensions to ASTM C719. Bostik Seal N Flex FC is virtually unaffected by normal weathering conditions such as rain, sunlight, snow, sleet, ultra-violet radiation, ozone, atmospheric contamination and pollution. Its excellent weatherability enables it to retain its original properties after years of exposure. Its physical properties remain relatively unchanged over a wide temperature range (-40ºC to 70ºC).

Bostik Seal N Flex 1


Seal "N" Flex 1 is a low modulus, one component, Class A polyurethane sealant. When cured it will form a tough, flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of 50%(+ 25%) of the original joint width.

 

Seal ‘N’ Flex 1 is virtually unaffected by normal weathering conditions such as rain, sunlight, snow, sleet, ultra-violet radiation, ozone, atmospheric contamination and pollution. Its excellent weatherability enables it to retain its original properties after years of exposure, refer to the CSIRO RILEM LONG- TERM SEALANT DURABILITY STUDY DBCE Doc. 97/196 (M).

Sikaflex 11FC

Sikflex 11FC is a fast curing one component polyurethane sealant/adhesive with permanent elasticity.

 

Uses

As an elastic adhesive for:

Sikaflex 255 Extra

Sikaflex®-255 Extra is a moisture curing flexible high-performance polyurethane based adhesive for bonding windshields to vehicle bodyshells (direct glazing). Sikaflex®-255 Extra is manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001/14001 quality assurance system.

 

Sikaflex®-255 Extra is suitable for use on glass and sheet steel body panels (primed and painted). Sikaflex®-255 Extra offers high initial bond strength. Its fast rate of cure results in rapid strength development and safe drive away times of approximately 4 hours at 23°C, 50% R.H. For vehicles with air bags 10 hours are required.

BASF Masterflex 700

Masterflex 700 is a two-part polysulphide sealant whose base component consists of a specially formulated blend of liquid polysulphide polymer, plasticizers and fillers. When mixed with the curing agent it forms a tough, flexible, durable, rubber like material, which adheres to most common construction surfaces.

It is supplied in two grades – gun grade for vertical, overhead and general applications, and pouring grade for horizontal joints.

Masterflex 700 meets with the specifications of:

- BS 5212 (Pouring Grade)

- US Federal Specification TT-S-00227E

- ASTM C920:79

Masterflex 700 forms long-lasting weather and watertight seals in joints subject to regular movement or permanent deformation.

 

Uses

Masterflex 700 Gun Grade is used for vertical joints in dams, reservoirs, water treatment plants, subways, culverts, seawalls, bridges, curtain walling, pre-cast concrete panelling and high rise buildings; Masterflex 700 Pouring Grade is used for horizontal joints in bridges, concrete pavements, factory and garage floors

Including expansion wall joints, floor and pavement joints, curtain walls, panel walls, precast walls, window frames, structural components, dams, spillways and stormwater drains. Substrates include concrete, masonry, aluminium and wood.

Sonolastic Ultra is a one component, moisture curing, aliphatic polyurethane sealant. Aliphatic technology ensures Sonolastic Ultra will be UV resistant, nonchalking, non-staining, self cleaning and non pick, resulting in unmatched durability.

 

Uses

Active, exterior and interior joints that demand extreme UV resistance and long term colour integrity. Sonolastic Ultra can be used on both vertical and horizontal applications including trafficable surfaces on floors, panels, walls, window frames, curtain walls and precast panels. Substrates include concrete, masonry, brick, aluminium and timber.

Pick resistance finds applications in shop fronts, prisons, schools, public amenities and buildings.

Parchem Emer-Seal 200

Emer-Seal 200 is a two part, gun grade, slump resistant elastomeric polyurethane sealant specially formulated for sealing joints in all water retaining structures. It is highly resistant to biodegradation by both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, which makes Emer-Seal 200 particularly well suited to sewage treatment and storage plants.
